- The outer aluminum tube is corrosion-resistant protecting the translating tube and the lifting screw and nut
- Furnished with standard clevis end on translating tube. A threaded end is available as a special order depending on the application. Any type of threaded connection may be substituted
- The wiper-scraper seal located in the end of the outer tube keeps dirt out and lubricants in
- The translating tube is zinc coated for weather-resistance
- A bronze guide bushing inside of the outer tube reduces lateral movement of the translating screw
- Single or double lead lifting screw and nut for high efficiency and long wear
- A vent located in the outer tube prevents pressure build-up in the actuator
